TRIAXIS Preset Editor

: Hi : I've tried to backup my triaxis with preset editor. Therefore I startet the preset editor, pressed "Received" and afterwards the shift-button and preset down-button on triaxis. Unfortunately it does not work, got the following error: : STATUS: Not Exclusive for Triaxis : Does anybody have any solution for this problem. Thanks a lot in advance. : Best regards : Nik
