He jokes somewhere about a Jim Marshall making his amps, a Jim Marshall doing his sound and a Jim Marshall on guitar...or something like that?!

Curiously enough (as you know, I'm in love with the idea of the THD amps) our guitarist in "The Difference Engine" is also called Andy Marshall. I vaguely remember James Marshall Hendrix being Jimi's full name, but wait for the name-drop topper.

My boy's just finished panto now, where he's spent the past month attempting head spins behind Lee Brennan of 911 while he sings "Bodyshakin" in Peter Pan. A 7 year-old untrained breakdancer; hysterical to watch.

Bass Bass Bass, They dont come any bigger than 911, and then to drop a name like Lee Brennan is just showing off , i thought we could start this thread with a few minors like my Noel Redding (still late and still great) and Chav from Mansun, Tim comes in with a Paul Carrick and then replies after much ridicule with a 'Jason Orange' which slightly raised the bar, and then you come straight in with a 911 - Brennan, completly killed the thread... where do we go from here? there is nowhere, i was going to give my story of the day i met Elvis Presley, but whats the point? your first dart as usual has hit the double top, and its goodnight Vienna.

Well he shook hands like a Chav, and he was wearing a Burberry baseball cap with Jimmy Savile jewelry.
I also saw Richard Ashcroft at the rehearsal room where Chav was showing off the amp, he looked in as i set about playing the intro to a well known Paul Weller song, i stopped and gave hime the 'alright' he nodded and closed the door, oh i do love to be amongst celebs, i feel so at home. Laughing
