What's Hot With Jazz Guitar: Jim Fox

by Doc Dosco
http://www.docdosco.com

Jim Fox is a rare and special guitar player, one that is following in the
footsteps of one of my all time favorite guitarists, Joe Pass. Just like
Joe, Jim is an accompanist of the first order, however when he strikes
out on his own, as he has done on his latest solo guitar recording
'Sunburst', it is pure magic. His new CD of solo jazz tunes is
brilliantly performed... a real joy to listen to. He has some lengthy
examples from cuts off of this recording on his page at CD Baby. Check
him out and buy this CD.
