Chicago School of Guitar Making Opens Fall Classes

The Chicago School of Guitar Making has just opened their fall 2006
classes. The schedule includes new sessions of the Guitar Setup &
Maintenance Course as well as the Fretting, Guitar Electronics, and Tube
Amp Building Workshops.

CSGM have also opened a new kind of class — The Guitar Setup & Repair
Clinic. Open to alumni only, this clinic provides students the
opportunity to continue exploring curricula already undertaken, but in a
more personally driven way. For more information and a schedule, see below or visit

Guitar Setup & Repair Clinic (for alumni only):
Saturdays, August 19, 26, Sept. 9, & 16. Class meets from 2:00 - 4:00p.m.

Fretting Workshop:
Tuesdays, September 12 - October 10. Class meets from 6:30 - 9:30p.m.

Guitar Setup & Maintenance:
Mondays, October 9 - 30. Class meets from 7:00 - 9:00p.m.

Guitar Electronics Workshop:
Saturdays, October 21 - November 18. Class meets from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00p.m.

Tube Amp Building Workshop:
Tuesdays, November 7 - December 5. Class meets from 6:30 - 9:30p.m.
