Help Please...Kay Guitar Model K 105

Kay Guitar Model K 105 -- Would like any info on this guitar. Have searched the model number but no luck. Any ideas how old or what it might be worth?? Thanks!

I don't think ive ever seen a Kay guitar that would set the world alight, Some models were OK and some were pretty awful, try sticking it on ebay, but i wouldn't expect anything above $250 for a good one and maybe a quarter of that for a bad one.
