Three more weeks until school finishes and the deluge continues outside. Thanks for that, Guy. Slightly different style to many of yours (with the pronounced bass plucking) but always that beautiful guitar tone. Mellifluous, that's the word.

Mellifluous 1b? If that doesn't scream I'm a Teacher, I don't know what does. Great description of the music though.

The tone in a way makes me feel like the guitar is actually in my hands.

Thanks my friends!
You will never know how much I would have liked to live close to you, to play guitar with you,to talk about music...
(did you forget that I am a fantastic metal player? :D )

I forgot to post the second one ,recorded the same day:
Not a very good recording but I like the tuning C# Ab C# F Ab C
Have a nice (sunny..?) day.

Once again another lesson in quality accoustic playing, i won't mince my words, i thought it was Supercalafragalisticexpealidocious.

Very nice tune Guy, you do get a great tone from that guitar, is it your Yamaha CPX?

Thanks Lee.
I suppose that you enjoy your summer too!!

No the "yam" belongs to a friend of mine.I used the Lakewood for the first sample and my cheap takamine for the second one.

The Lakewood has a nicer sound, but that is, again, a beautiful piece. I'm not of the mp3 ilk; I really ought to cadge a burned CD off you some day. Something to listen to after I've packed everyone off to bed and have a nice bottle of wine to myself :)
