I had to do some sleuthing on this guitar as she was of unknown vintage and breed. I was only able to deduce that this model might in the age range of 1966-68, and mirrors the Crucianelli/vox series ES330 knockoffs from the 1960’s. Any further info is appreciated.
For comparisons this Crucianelli sports a nearly identical headstock arrangement right down to the machine heads and truss rod! Note the tail is slightly different.

Now the guitar!

I’ve been deliberating on selling this guitar as I’ve been in love with it since I got it, however, I have had less opportunity to let it sing as I’ve not had an amp for 10 years (sold off to lighten my load) and I play my classical guitar far more.
With kids in the house and less room to keep it properly stored I’d like to find a good home for her.
The guitar itself has had one minor overhaul since I got it – I removed and cleaned the electrical couplings and re-seated the pots in 1992 as they were making far too much noise when adjusting the volume and tone settings. They should be clear now but I will check these before I negotiate any final offers.
The neck is full length, and the string action is fast (low filed frets) and low. This makes for some minor buzzing but the truss rod (at base of neck by the pickups) works nicely and I’ve adjusted the action several times with different string gauges to proper effect.
If anyone is interested I will be posting an eBay auction soon, and will update this post accordingly, otherwise feel free to give me an offer.
Thanks for looking!
