    Anyone know if there is a program out there that would let me Play a CD or MP3 and have it automatically generate accurate tabs? There are some really obscure bands I want to play and of course no one has there stuff accurately tabbed out….help much appreciated. Cost not really important.

      What software would be able to convert midi to tab? Do you know of any software that would be able to able to convert MP3 or wav to MIDI?

      You’ll need them in MIDI format. Then you can do some converting. But with a CD or MP3 it won’t be possible — Just way too many tracks for any sort of software to distinguish between.
