| Ive never played one, BUT, they are supposed to be excellent provided you get the LTD edition model, there are still a few out there but they have now stopped making it. I was thinking of buying one myself, but then i started looking at Gibson, lots more money, but i do like Gibson, i always found the main difference between Epi and Gibson are the necks, the Gibsons always feel better to me. |

Ya, the Gibson's are cool but on some of the LP's, the neck feels soooooo small width wise. Also, the bodys are really tiny, but they weigh SOOOOOOOOOOO much. I like the SG's, but they are too widely copied, so the flashy-"I gotta Gibson" effect is kinda tuned down...way down. I really like the Firebirds, but I just can't find one that doesn't have that worn cherry look, I like the vintage sunburst. While I'm on, could you tell me if this was a fair traid, or if it's better for me or the guy I traded with.
My Gibson/Baldwin (very used with some minor problems) for his Dean Vendetta (I think XMS with the non-flashy body) and a Vox Valvetronics 30-watt amp. |

| Hey, I was on my favorite band, Kamelot, website, and on Thomas Youngblood's bio, I saw that he'd plays an ESP guitar, and me not knowing that brand, I looked it up. I'm in love. If you've ever played the Limited ESP Ax-50, please tell me how it is 'cuz I've scrapped my idea for the Firebird. |
