ESP dating is not so easy, but they themselves will try to help if you email them. See this from their FAQ page:

For the Dean, try this:

basically, if it isn't made in USA, a Dean is very difficult to date.

The only other suggestion is to look at the website of our contributor, SB. He runs www.vintaxe.com which has a lot of uploaded catalogs. You have to pay a registration fee to view them but, if he has Dean and ESP catalogs showing your models, then you might think it worthwhile.
