Teisco Del Rey

I have an old Teisco Del Rey guitar, inherited from my Grandmother. The wiring looks like it has been 'fixed' at some point.

It has 2 pickups, 3 slide switches and 2 control knobs.

Anyone know anything about it, or where I can find out information about it. In particular, I am interested in learning the original wiring, and how old it might be.

Thanks.
