|
|
Ok, so last Christmas I bought my boyfriend a guitar.
I want to buy him some strings because they broke...
All I can remember is that it says "Kingston" on the guitar
It has silver strings
And that it's black..
I don't know what strings to get it.
Help |

Is it an electric guitar or an acoustic?
If it's acoustic are the strings nylon or steel? (Even a nylon set will have 3 strings wound with wire, so don't say "some are metal, some are nylon"). |

It's your definition of an acoustic guitar that kills me. |

I'll have a Jameson
I only use the .73 Dunlop Nylons on my bass |

Man, those are .08s - don't they make your gui-tar sound wimpy and tinny? Don't they break easily??
I recently encouraged our singer / rhythm player to switch from 9s to 11s on his Telecaster, and his sound improved greatly - much more full and musical. Just curious... |
