I found this model used and its owner asked me around 800€ (about 1000 $) for it. Is this its current worth/value? What are its features? is it an "all solid" guitar? About its woods? (sorry for my english)

This info will most likely come too late to be of help in your case~ The Alvarez Yairi model DY61 Signature Series (should have Kazuo Yairi's signature burnt into the top), top is solid Cedar, back and sides are laminates of Burled Mahogany. MSRP in 1988 was $799
Acoustic Bluebook values it (excellent condition) between $600 and $700.
