What would be the best guitar to buy for someone who has never played a cord in their life but wants to learn more than anything else in the world Thank you in advance. |

| The APX 500 is a great acoustic guitar for under £300. Maybe a bit expensive for a complete beginner but a wonderful guitar. Seen it a few times at pub gigs around Edinburgh and it sounds great live as well as chillin unplugged in the house. Well worth the investment, think i'll upgrade to the 900 in the near future. |

2 years ago I bought a generic guitar at Walmart for my wife. I myself have play a Yamaha FG-345...and I love it's sound and action. But once I bought the Ashbury at Walmart I was hooked...the sound is amazing...no sore fingers...its a great guitar for the beginner or anyone who loves to play.
cost: 79.99 with case, strap, extra strings, and a beginners book
All the Best!
