I just bought one of these for $45 Canadian here in Nova Scotia. I bought it for parts but I cleaned it up and put new strings on it - a fiesta red Strat type. The thing is fantastic..unbelievable tone and resonance..what is the deal with these things..it sounds better than my other five Fender Strats!!! Is there something special in the pickups or does the narrower plywood body actually make a difference..no kidding I love this thing!
