Effects Loop?

So here is my situation. I currently have a ibanez 100 watt tone blaster (solid state) which is not the best sounding amp in the world. a buddy of mine gave me his rack mount becuase he no longer uses it.

However, I have no clue how to run it. Here is whats on it ...

Furman Power Conditioner
RT 7000 rack tuner
DOD 831 graphic equalizer (31 band)
BBE 462 sonic maximizer
Rock tron hush super C noise eliminator

I would really love to get this up and running. If anyone can help with how to run the effects loop, i would greatly appreciate it.
