IKM is announcing a new product sometime this week. They are also having a pretty sweet contest.

If you are the first person to guess what the new product is - you win an Amplitube 3 Pedal and the new product.

Amplitube iRig!

It is a mobile guitar amp and effects system for iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad.

Hmm, any idea how many of the bundled stomps and amps are for bass? I'm guessing none and one but we live in hope Wink

I looked at the specs and couldn't tell. It does say this is for electric guitar and bass. If the initial stuff doesn't include stomps and amps specifically targeted for bass - hopefully they will have something in the "AmpliTube iRig app custom shop".

In the full version, there will be a bass amp as one of the amps, and any of the stomps can be used with it.

Cool, cheers for your replies, I mainly jam at the mo (code for "I don't have a band" Sad ) If this lives up to the hype it could be pretty useful.
