Thanks, but decided to pass on it.

Hi All!
My first post here, so be kind if I do something I shouldn’t.I’m looking at buying a 1981 Alvarez DY52. But it’s a bit of a custom job, cedar top rather than spruce. As far as I can tell the rest of it is typical Dy52. It’s in excellent shape, been a closet dweller for a number of years.
My question is, How do I come up with fair market value for this instrument?
I have a copy of Blue Book for Acoustic Guitars on the way, but, again, this is a custom built instrument.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bernie
