The Jamster crazy frog banner has now been removed at great expense to the management.

The last part is not a joke - please understand that we won't always be able to do this... there are no dot-com millionaires paying the bills here at GuitarSite.com and Hitsquad.com.

Jason.

Hello Higher,

You are quite right.

As the three of us who were having this discussion are all moderators of this forum we could have taken this over to our private forum for moderators.

I felt that it was ok to have this discussion in public so other users of the forums here at GuitarSite.com could see how decisions about what happens with this forum are conducted, and give them the opportunity to contribute if they wanted to.

This one was about the type of advertisements being run in this forum and originally came from another thread at http://guitarsite.com/hotlicks/viewtopic.php?t=763

Do you think we should do this differently in future?
