    Hi, can anybody help in providing a wiring diagram for a Cimar Telecaster (late 70’s). The guitar had a system 80 fitted at one time which is now history, thus leaving a bunch of wires and me scratching my already balding head. cheers. Nicko.

      Hi, system 80 was an internal battery operated pre amp (in the good old days), I’ve had a look at regular telecaster wiring diagrams but wiring colours seem to differ, just trying to save the hassle of tracing each one back really. Thanks for your inquiry though.

      Sorry, what’s a System 80?

      How does it differ from a regular Fender Telecaster?
