Hi - I see a couple of older threads on these guitars, but they're fairly old, and I'm hoping someone might know a bit more now than then.
I am going to look at a Lys L-20 tonight, the asking price is $350 Canadian. In researching these guitars, it seems these are the rarest and there's only sparse information. Once source says this model uses laminates and another source says it's solid spruce top and solid maple back and sides. Can anyone resolve this for me? Hopefully I can tell by looking at it, but I'm not sure I'll be able to.
Also, does anyone have an idea of whether this is a reasonable price for this guitar? I suspect so - I've heard that they sound great.
