| I have recently purchased an Epiphone Sheraton. The headstock reads Epiphone by Gibson and the serial number on a label on the back of the head stock. SL 70606682. I have looked everywhere. Cant find any info. Any info would be appreciated. |

If the serial number follows the common Epiphone methods then I'd say it dates to June 1970, but that doesn't seem right to me.
