Brian Wilson has some important Holiday Season news for you. It's not quite as enchanting as the idea of Brian climbing down your chimney bearing gifts and good old fashioned love, or even finding a sparkling brand-new Brian in your stocking, but nevertheless, it's Brian news and I know many of us are fans...
"Beach Boys' Brian Wilson Releases His First Solo Christmas Album - 'What I Really Want For Christmas'"
According to Brian's press release, "the ever-productive and always surprising career of American popular music icon Brian Wilson dazzles old and new fans with his first solo album of Christmas music, What I Really Want for Christmas, named for its Bernie Taupin-penned title track. The album includes new songs with lyrics by Taupin and Jimmy Webb, new versions of two 1964 Beach Boys Yule classics, and 8 Christmas classics."
I know what I'll be pumping out of the stereo come the 25th, and I'm sure I wont be the only one. |

It was just an excuse for me to use Brian Wilson and good old fashioned love in the same post.

Oh I'm all for love, and I seriously have no probs with Wilsons new CD, unlike Ankas. I won't buy it, but I could happily listen to the entire CD I rekon.

I'm a little worried about 1bass Lee. There's a thread just sitting here, basically untouched, and it's about Brian Wilson, 1b's inspiration and hero in general. Where is the man? I checked community notice boards for the north but didn't spot any tennis tournys.

Tennis season up north is from July 7th to July 15th, the rest of the time its cold, wet and very windy. Maybe he crept off to his Villa in the Med for a week, he needs to see some sunshine.
