Hi all,
I want to sell my fathers guitar.
EX+ condition, very nice straight-grained Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, nicely aged wide-grain Sitka top, no cracks anywhere, some cosmetic defects (scrapes, scratches, areas of rubbed off finish, otherwise in excellent condition, appears to be all original. Will ship this guitar for free(US).

Don't fall for this - it's a scam. He got kicked off UMGF (Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum) for this - the ad is stolen from a dealer's site. I've also seen this same scam (diff guitar) on Ebay. Don't take the bait!!!
