Hi and welcome!

I don't know if my reply will be very objective.
Both are made in Korea,and both are really good products.

I own a Taka and its neck is one of the best in that price range.The tone is great and the playability too.

Try them if possible,and take the one you like.

They both look like great guitars, but to be honest with you, it is really important that you try a guitar before buying it. There are so many factors in a good sounding guitar that each guitar off an assembly line will sound different. For this reason, it is of a great advantage to actually try one out first, no matter what brand or model.
