Maybe the fact it has a big blue VOX written on it adds the 900pounds? How many big blue VOXs have you seen?

. I notice the seller has the name "Nut7011"
I knew there were a few nuts on Fleeb, but I didn't realize more than 7000 had signed up. Incidentally, Kay's 70s mock-toaster pups are among the nastiest waste of copper and iron imaginable.
"kay now known as fender vintage great condtion very old and rare" - - that truly is "optimistic" |

No photo yet, but anyone selling a dinged Sunn Mustang (OK, Fender asked for them to be made but it's either an Indian or -much worse- Chinese Strat copy) with a BIN of 220 quid (ridiculous 25 quid postage for good measure) and no auction is in dreamland. Rules state that the seller should have some barmy excuse for the price and here it is:
| Quote: | | This guitar plays amazingly, better than some of my proper Fenders |
I have an Indian Sunn (45 quid thank you) and it's OK for that money but I wonder how come the guy has more than one crappy "proper" Fender

| His stuff is OTT on the price, but he has an amazing collection of Japanese guitars, have a look at his other stuff for sale, all overpriced but very nice collection. |

Yes, the update is more interesting. Lots of nice Burnies (is that how the plural is spelt?), Grecos and I'd love a SG1000. IIRC, "Orville by Gibson" had US hardware whereas "Orville" had Japanese hardware so he has to be careful in his descns, there.
Back on the Sunn; now the pics are there I can see it's the Indian made model, with the bridge HB (mine is the 3xSC). Much nicer than the Chinese (which didn't have the nice, Fendery neck and headstock). I semi-fancy a HB model but I certainly don't consider >£90 tolerable. More likely <£60 for me. |
