Here's one of my absolute favourites, the Flamingo Guitar:

It's got five necks if you count the flamingo, and was built by luthier Bernard Lehmann, maker of fine acoustic and jazz guitars, and also oddities such as two dreadnought guitars joined by one neck, a water-powered electric guitar, and a guitar that is part telephone. Unfortunately I can't find any pictures of those.

Blimey, apart from the $6k, those Swarovski crystals are all over the back of the neck. Now, I'm enough of a fan of a gloss finish to accept that it will slow me down a little, but a pile of glass studs? No wonder that player decided to just strum Hotel California.

Of all the great quotes, this is my favourite:
Quote:
This is a 'vintage' Takeharu Folk Guitar by the Kiso Susuki Violin Company (circa 1978) with a rich melodic sound that has actually been enhanced by is crystal covering

Yes, I find that slobbing vast quantities of glue all over the wood does wonders for guitar tone Rolling Eyes

Flamingo guitar by Bernard Lehman? sure it's not Bernard Mathews? the Doug Carver Rip off looks like it has a Seymore Duncan Quater pounder on the bridge, this could be a redeeming feature.
And, im not big on 12 strings, but arent the spacing on thos strings a little odd?

I'm quite certain that another botch-up by "reknowned artist Steve Berman" has appeared before on this thread. And, yet again, I cannot find a single reference to this bloke. Certainly looks "cutting edge", though.

That 12-string has something odd; something I only see on basses. The fundamental string is below the harmonic. That's OK for finger-pluckin' bassists, but pretty unusual on a guitar Confused
