Bollox. Total bollox. It was cheaper just to buy the guitar heads.

What does ABNOXIOUS mean?

It's the smell of sweaty stomach muscles after a particularly long gig

"This is a rare piece and I will increase the Buy It Now Price by $10,000 after each listing it does not sell. Please see if you can find this rare guitar--anywhere else."

He had three offers (none of them to stick his plank in the appropriate orifice), the highest being $25. True to his word, he has relisted at $88,000

I've never heard of W Starrett and there is nothing on the web. One of those "Hey, this looks old, I can charge a fortune for it!" idiots.

The seller of this home-made ZZ Top car guitar is asking a staggering 500 Euros for it! (That's £396 or $708).

As if that wasn't bad enough for what looks like a badly made pile of crap, it's not even a functioning guitar! It's just a "decorative item".

Interesting use of a Telecaster bridge, don't you think?

Mike, I hope you include this one in the fast-approaching Hallowe'en candidates list. Not wanting to sound like a crossword-solving, smug bore but I figured "decorative item" would rearrange itself nicely.

"decorative item" i.e., created vomit

Good use of the unwanted extra 'I' and 'E' , did you spend long on it?
