Another thought on the "seat belt" thing - it'd be an absolute bummer if inertia reel. Can't-lower-it-despite-several-pulls, then suddenly it snaps up and whacks you on the chin...
As for the "quick release" buckle, my Jim Reed bass came with a (gaudily logoed) strap that has a prongy "suitcase style" clasp. Brilliant - much preferable to lifting the whole thing over the head - ought to catch on, really. |
