I just ordered a sc solid top for my kid, anybody ever play one? I heard it is a good first acoustic-electric. The price seemed good. The boy already plays a ESP electric and has a amp that is way loud. I love loud, but the neighbors don't.

Hi LERXT,

It's a beginner grade guitar made in Korea. I've never actually handled one, but you are right, the price is good. If your kid likes to play really loud I suggest you go ahead and get him started on ear plugs. Foamies are cheap and there are too many adult rockers walking around saying "huh" when people talk to them. SB
