I know that Jaco used the 360 and they're still liked for their bombproof build, volume and tone variety. What about the other models, though? They do come up for sale occasionally and, even though I'm a tube-amp man, I get intrigued by them. Anyone passing by with experience of some of the other heads? Are they worth their (hefty) weight in gold?

I have a fender acoustic 4. I find that because it has the electronics in it, I just turn down my EQ on my Yorkville Bassmaster 800 and adjust on the guitar. It sounds great!! I find if the EQ is turned up alot it really muddies up the sound but with the amp EQ low I have alot of room to adjust with the bass.

Thanks for the chime, but I was asking about "Acoustic", the amp maker - not acoustics in general. The Acoustic 360 was Jaco's amp of choice but they made others. I don't normally like SS, but I wondered if anybody had tried other models (the 360 is too expensive on the 2nd hand market) and liked them?
