Washburn has introduced its new line of basses with the Classic Bass series. The CB series all feature mahogany bodies with exotic carved wood tops, active pickups, maple necks, Grover Tuners, the Buzz Feiten Tuning System, and ebony fingerboards, allowing effortless playability and superior tone.
  
Exotic wood tops and finishes available include Flamed Maple, Cocobolo, Spalted Maple, Ovangkol & Satin Black.
The Washburn CB series will include the CB14 4 string, CB15 5 string, and CB16 6 string basses.
