It's a Harmony Soverign.
i googled that number you gave, which lead to one for sale ($200).
try it.

Used; ACOUSTIC GUITAR; Harmony; Sovereign 319.12210000; Very Good; Made in USA. Solid top, sunburst.; Crescent City Music; $200.00

Sears and Roebuck never made any of the instruments, amps etc they sold. Some of their items (such as the Silvertone guitars and amps) are now quite collectable.
