This Pat Kirtley tune is one I really love, the melody never grows old to my ear. The baritone guitar gives it a new voice i really liked. Thanks for watching,

Very nice mate, I do like a baritone...that said I prefer the tone on 'Gypsy Eyes' is that just a recording difference or setup?

hey Tim, i agree, there was some shrillness or for lack of a better term 'high end' tones I didn't care for. I didn't notice so much when recording so it could be to some extent in the recording. I was using the darker PU with the tone rolled off a bit so I suspect any setup difference was the tone settings on the amp.

You have a great ear and I appreciate folks like yourself! All the best,

dale

Laughing Thank you. Being primarily a bass player I'm pre-programmed to listen for the deeper end of the range Very Happy

Wasn't a critism tho, I was just curious having never played a baritone myself (always seems a bit of a luxury to buy, if I know more what they can do I might be able to justify getting one one-day!)
