Michael Kelly now shipping Nostalgia Series Guitars

Six new acoustic guitar models are now shipping from Michael Kelly Guitar Co. Called the Nostalgia series, the new models span a wide variety of design styles, from Folk to full-sized Dreadnought and Jumbo models. The attractive new instruments, which are also attractively priced, can be seen at Michael Kelly dealerships worldwide.

Starting with a classic Folk-style instrument, the Nostalgia F2 (Retail: $270) is a great choice for fingerstyle players or anyone seeking a balanced clear tone with good definition. Comfortable to hold and play, the F2 is built with mahogany back and sides, a laminated spruce top and a bound rosewood fingerboard. A fitted hardshell case is included.

The Nostalgia F2C (Retail: $400) offers a graceful Folk Cutaway body that brings upper-neck playing excursions within reach, all with a rich, balanced tone. Features include a mahogany neck, back and sides, rosewood fingerboard, a laminated spruce top, and built-in Fishman Ion preamp system. A fitted hardshell case is included.

The Model N2 (Retail: $270) is a classic, full-size Dreadnought guitar made with mahogany back and sides and a laminated spruce top. Features include a dovetail neck joint for long-term stability, a bound rosewood fingerboard, and die-cast tuners. For protection, a fitted hardshell case is included.

The Nostalgia 10CE (Retail $410) provides the volume and projection that you would expect from a full-sized Dreadnought guitar, but with a cutaway that provides real-world access to its highest frets. The Model 10CE is easy to play, with tone quality that professionals will appreciate. Features include mahogany back and sides and a top made of laminated spruce. For gigs and recording, a built-in Michael Kelly AO3T preamp offers 3-band EQ and a tuner. Fitted hardshell case included.

Featuring an Arena-sized smaller body with a cutaway, the new Nostalgia N40CE (Retail $550) combines a solid spruce top with a beautiful 3-piece back made of zebra wood and bubinga. The neck is mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard. Details include a Fishman Ion 301 preamp, 3-Band EQ, and a built-in tuner.

One of Michael Kelly's best traditional Dreadnoughts, the Nostalgia N50S (Retail $460) offers a solid spruce top, stunning rosewood back and sides, bound rosewood fingerboard, dovetail neck joint for long-term stability and Grover "Butter Bean" tuners. The N60SJCE (Retail $660) represents Michael Kelly's first Jumbo guitar design. With distinctive styling touches such as flame maple back and sides and rosewood binding, the N60SJCE is truly elegant. Details include a solid spruce top, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and an abalone soundhole rosette. A Fishman Classic 4T preamp provides both a strong signal for mixing boards and a built-in tuner.
