Washburn releases five new acoustic guitar models
Washburn Guitars will be adding five new models to its extensive line of finely crafted acoustic guitars. These new additions to the product line made their debut at the Winter NAMM 2008 Show in Anaheim, CA in January and will be available this summer.
The J27CE is a jumbo cutaway guitar and is part of the Cumberland Acoustics Series. Its Java Ebony top, sides and back, Mahogany neck, Multi Lam binding and Rosewood fretboard and bridge give this guitar a truly exquisite look. It features Grover Exclusive tuners, B-Band A-15 electronics, tortoiseshell pickguard and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System. The guitar will retail for $1,099.90.
The D46SP and D46CESP are both dreadnought guitars and the new additions to the Southwest Series. Both guitars feature highly figured Spalted Maple top, back and sides, along with pearloid binding and the Southwest Series rosette to create an exotic and stunning guitar. In addition, the D46SCESP offers a cutaway and our B-Band A3T electronics. The D46SP will retail for $839.90 and the D46CESP for $999.00.
The EA17 and EA21HM are the latest additions to the Festival Series. The EA17 is a deep body crafted from a with a stunning Ash top with Quilted Ash back and sides and white binding. It has a mahogany neck and Rosewood fretboard and bridge. It features chrome die cast tuners and B-Band A-15 electronics and will be available in Natural and Trans Red. The EA21HM is beautifully constructed thin body with a Mahogany top, back, sides and neck, white binding and Rosewood fretboard and bridge. It also comes with the Grover Exclusive tuners, B-Band A-15 electronics and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System and will be available in Black, White and Wine Red. The EA17 will retail for $649.90 and the EA21HM for $1,299.90.
