This compact amp is meant to be a convenient portable alternative to the combo amp version, you can carry it around and easily connect it to existing home sound systems or guitar cabinets.
This new release follows up on the success of Line 6’s AMPLIFi line of products. It all started with the release of a combo amp that has Bluetooth connectivity, the technology then jumped into a floor-based multi-effect pedal. Now the company is expanding the possibilities further by having the AMPLIFi features packed inside a compact tabletop unit.
AMPLIFi TT is surprisingly very small for a full-featured amp, based on available images we can deduce that it is around the same size as compact audio interfaces. Its small size, versatility and bluetooth connectivity makes it ideal for on-the go musicians, allowing you to carry around a powerful amp and effects modeler and play your guitar through a wide variety of speakers, including hi-fi sound systems used at home.
The same features found on the original AMPLIFi combo amp is packed inside this small box, including the built-in DSP that allows for over 200 amps and effects models. There are more than enough amps and effects to cover virtually all styles of music, and you can easily store your personalized settings via presets. To get you started in creating your tone, there are now thousands of presets available from both Line 6 and users, just browsing these available presets would keep you busy!
With its compact design and DSP capability, Line 6 is correct in describing AMPLIFi TT as a tabletop multi-effect that transforms any room into a jam space. As long as there is a computer, tablet, speaker system, or even a headphone available, this box will let you practice, play, and record guitar.
