Line 6 lays it down with Micro Spider
I see so many press releases at NAMM time that I get sick of using headlines with 'announces' or 'releases.' Lays it down -- I like it. Line 6 has been pretty quiet since their last Spider announcement in September. Now it's time for something new: Micro Spider.

Line 6 says its new amp is the perfect combination of portability, versatility and tone. Weighing in at just 7 lbs., Micro Spider is powered by six C batteries.
It features four Spider models—Clean, Crunch, Metal and Insane—an acoustic guitar model and six Smart Control FX that prove incredibly useful for guitarists and vocalists alike. Choose the tone that suits your mood and spice to taste with chorus/flanger, delay, reverb and more.
Full of features, besides the ever-useful 1/4" headphone output, Micro Spider boasts an MP3/CD input for jamming along to your music, a 1/4" microphone input with dedicated trim knob and a POD® 2.0-style direct out for easy, great-sounding direct recording.
