Kustom Amplification has unveiled an exciting new line-up of tube guitar amplifiers bearing the Defender name. New Defender V100 and V50 amplifiers, designed by amplifier guru James Brown, are perfect for guitarists who won't settle for anything less than the very best all-tube tones. At the heart of the V50 and V100 are EL34 power tubes that provide defined lows, rich aggressive mids and a sweet top end that cuts through the mix but is never harsh. Partnered with classic Celestion Vintage 30 speakers and a cabinet crafted with void-free Birch plywood, these amps sing and scream with unrivaled authority.

The V50 and V100 are two-channel amplifier designs, each with its own Master Volume control that lets users dial in anything from clean, chiming tones to chunky, medium-gain sounds and scorching, full-on heavy tones.

And when it's time for the gig or the studio, there are conveniences that make life a lot easier, such as a Speaker-Emulated XLR Direct Out that nails the amp's actual sound for mixers and a variable, foot-switchable Volume Boost that works on both channels. Both models provide an Accutronics® spring reverb unit while the V100 adds vintage Tremolo and Vibrato effects.
