Matt “Guitar” Murphy Signature Guitar Launched at Summer NAMM 2011

Back in May we announced this new Signature guitar from Delaney, now it will go on show at this week’s Summer NAMM.

In October of 2010 Matt met with Mike Delaney to look over his custom designed line and go over ideas he had been thinking about for a signature design since the 1970’s.

Matt supervised every aspect of the design and development making sure the model has the exact feel and tone he desires. The prototype was ready for the Blues Cruise in 2011 and followed by trips to Memphis and Miami filled out the R & D with tweaking on the way.

The result is pictured here and ready to debut at the NAMM show this month.

Matt “Guitar” Murphy’s Signature is laser cut into each pick guard with a Certificate of Authenticity for each. Retail price is expected to be around two thousand dollars.
