DBZ Guitars announces the Imperial Electric Guitar
DBZ Guitars has announced the latest revolution in guitar design: the Imperial. Straight from the mind of legendary guitar designer Dean Zelinsky, the Imperial features classic, large-bodied appeal carved down to a mere 5/8 of an inch thick. The Imperial may initially look like a traditional hollowbody, but it's a solidbody design loaded with revolutionary features that professional players will welcome.

The guitar's contours give the top and body a curvaceous, refined style, but the Imperial's oversized design and ultra-thin profile — measuring only 5/8" thick at its thinnest point, also give it a natural, singing projection with tremendous clarity. The tailpiece is set back substantially from the bridge, making bends effortlessly smooth and giving players the ability to do unheard of harmonic tricks by depressing the strings behind the bridge. Everything about the Imperial has been custom designed for the ultimate in musicality, the DBZ pickups have been painstakingly tuned to the body, while the lightweight, custom engraved alloy DBZ tailpiece adds to the guitar's unparalleled sustain.
Available in both USA and import models, each guitar features a solid mahogany body and maple top, a 22-fret set mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard. The Imperial also features custom DBZ private label humbucking pickups, a DBZ engraved stop tailpiece, graphite saddles and Sperzel tuners. The USA models can be ordered with in a variety of exotic hardwoods; every guitar is available in a variety of custom color options.
