Eight string Halo Octavia guitar now shipping

Halo Guitars Octavia, an eight string guitar originally designed as a concept between Halo Guitars and SevenString.org is now shipping. During its design Waylon Ford and Gary Kahler sat at Summer NAMM in Austin, Texas and designed what would be the eight string tremolo floating bridge system, the Kahler.

RONNIE FRAY, there are already builders that make 8-string dobros. The most famous one is in Australia, but can't recall his name right now.

Paul Beard is testing an eight string for Gold Tone, Model PBS8. You can see it on the GT home page. It shold be out in early to mid summer. I want one!!!!!!!!! Gene in Arizona

I don't think regular music stores would have them in stock. You can contact Halo Guitars through their website and ask them for a list of distributors. You can also opt to purchase online.
