iGuitar Workshop brings their brand of synth and piezo versatility to lefties with the new iGuitar9.13 Left Handed model.

iGuitar9.13 Left Handed

Just like the original version, this guitar is made in the USA and comes with the same wood and hardware specs.

iGuitar is known for their versatile custom guitars that embrace modern technology. Along with traditional magnetic pickups, iGuitar equips their instruments with piezo, 13 pin synth connectivity and can even have a USB audio output.

The new iGuitar9.13 Left Handed model makes these features available to left handed players. Patrick Cummings, president of iGuitar Workshop, said: “Since we have been selling factory direct, we are in closer contact with our customers. A left handed, USA made iGuitar has been requested for quite some time and we are happy to offer this wonderful model to the left handed guitarist community. We hope you will share with your left handed guitarist friends.”

This guitar comes with a comfort contoured mahogany body that is cut into a double cutaway super-strat like shape in left handed configuration. To enhance its looks and body resonance, the body is topped with figured maple. The guitar also comes with my favorite iGuitar feature – rear output jack location.

The figured maple top is matched by the guitar’s 22 fret maple neck. The 25.20″ scale length neck is topped by a rosewood fingerboard that has a 15″ radius. The guitar also features iGuitar’s unique headstock design with the “M” logo. Intonation and tuning stability is provided by Sperzel Locking tuners and a strat style tremolo.

This left handed guitar is equipped with Seymour Duncan pups – a Seymour Duncan Alnico II for the neck, a Seymour Duncan Alnico II Single for the middle and a Seymour Duncan JB for the bridge. Just like the right handed model, you can pick between RM piezo or Graphtech Ghost piezo and it comes with 13 pin fast tracking synth connectivity. There is also an option to add a USB audio port.

The iGuitar 9.13 Left Handed is custom built to order and the current lead time is about 12 weeks. The guitar can come in your preferred color and finish, and it ships with a hard case. This guitar is currently selling for $2,995.. You can find out more about this lefty guitar by visiting iGuitar Workshop.
