I bought this one just recently, it's the only LTD in the Alexi series that has the satin finished neck. Yeah an ESP would have slightly better materials and finishing, but I'm not willing to pay $3000 for one.The LTD's are probably the best production model guitars around right now and this guitar kills. I now have all three in the series and I love them all, they're all quality guitars. My only quibble? The rear strap button is positioned differently on the LTD's than to the ESPs and Alexi's own guitars, which are the same as any RR Jackson (I have an RR and I'm debating just having the LTD's strap buttons lowered). But, the Alexi's are great to play and I prefer their tone to the Jackson. The deeper cutaway is a very cool addition on the SE model. The pink inlays look fantastic. Shit hot guitar.

I bought Ninja 600 Michael amott signature guitar over Alexi 600 SE .. not because of the Pink colour .. but just for the fact that it has only one pick up and no neck pick up ... but anyways this guitar is hot .. my next buy most prolly if i am able to earn 1000 dollars soon :(

i always wanted the alexi-600 since i played it at a guitar store a long time ago.
so! i finaly saved enough money to buy one! i was gonna get the white one. haha. well then esp made this guitar, this se with a better cutaway for reaching frets and all that good stuff..AND DUDE I NOW OWN THIS FUCKIN GUITAR AND IT IS THE SHIT!!

I just ordered this guitar the other day. I'm so excited to receive it. It has everything I want...24 XJ Frets, Thin neck, Orig. Floyd Rose, Neck-thru, Satin finish neck, deep cutaway for good access to upper frets, and not to mention it just looks dead sexy.

Anyone who says they won't buy it only because of the pickup is quite ignorant and very closed-minded. It seems like many of you think that if it had some sort of active pickup in the bridge it would be worth like twice as much. Just replace the fucking pickup then...it fucking costs not even $100 for some silly EMG-81 that you all seem to love so much.

Ok what I dont understand is why is there so much bitching over the EMG Hz for fuck sakes if you cant handle it then go choose another guitar or how bout you get a custom built ESP if it matters that much to you?. So what If Alexi uses a passive pickup than an active one...remember its also the AMP and GEAR etc that give a guitar its tone too. =)

Do some researchers you ignoramuses. You can buy this guitar in Black, white, or yellow if you don't want the SE, which is the exact same thing except not pink.

And anybody who judges a guitar player by the aesthetic of their guitar is not a real guitarists, and probably should not be posing like they are on guitar site. In fact, it's douchebags like you that allow sucky yet beautiful guitars like "Schecter Graphic Series" to sell for $800+ while it's made for $24.99 somewhere in Mexico or China.

If you were a real musician, or knew anything about the mechanics of sound, you would know that the actual finish of the guitar contributes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the sonic quality of the instrument (unless of course it changes it's shape, but that's more of an acoustic-guitar aspect, and then we're reaching into the realm of an instruments tone). I don't care if the guitar is hot pink and yellow with a picture of Nick Jonas on it. If it sounds amazing then you know I'm considering it. And you homophobic jackasses who think otherwise are just empty shells.
