Reverend Pete Anderson Signature Gold

These guitars will be limited to a total of twenty, with each model having ten. These special instruments are exclusively available at Wildwood Guitars, a long time retailer of Reverend guitars.

Pete Anderson Signature Eastsider-T

This T-style guitar is Reverend’s homage to vintage guitars. It retains many traditional features, while mixing in some modern innovation. The body of the guitar is made from Korina instead of the usual alder or ash. This medium-light weight wood is a Reverend staple, carved into the traditional T-Style shape while carrying modern hollow chambers to lessen the weight. To make this one special, Eastwood gave the body of the guitar a beautiful looking gold metal flake finish.

The neck is made of maple and together with its maple fingerboard follows traditional specs. While the hardware introduces some modern engineering including a push-pull phase switch, Pin-Lock tuners, dual-action truss rod and graphite nut. A pair of Reverend designed custom alnico pickups wrap up the feautres and give the instrument the sound that bears Pete Anderson’s stamp of approval.

Pete Anderson Signature PA-1 RT

This guitar features Reverend’s version of the Filtertron pickup called the “Revtron”, and is described to provide the extra midrange punch and twang that Pete Anderson was looking for. The guitar comes with a full hollow maple body that features Reverend’s unique Uni-brace system, which is described as a modern design adjustment that improves feedback resistance while enhancing the guitar’s durability and sustain.

The 3-piece Korina neck joins the body at the 15th fret for improved upper fret access on the cutaway. This guitar comes with Reverend’s bass contour knob, it lets you roll-off the bass by tweaking the pickup voicing. Like the Eastsider-T, this guitar comes with modern hardware namely Pin-Lock tuners, dual-action truss rod and a Graphite nut. Finally, the Bigsby B70 bridge adds playing flexibility and completes the guitar’s vintage appeal. This limited edition model’s main distinguishing feature is its gold metal flake finish. Other than that, it follows the same design and build as the regular PA-1 RT model.

Joe Naylor, Reverend Guitars Founder, said: “It’s influenced by the classics. The look is very important – you wear it – but it’s also a musician’s tool, and everything has to work. Everything continues to evolve for Reverend, and that’s part of our philosophy. The last Reverend is the best Reverend.”

The Pete Anderson Eastsider-T with gold metal flake finish is selling for $999, while the Pete Anderson Signature PA-1 RT carries a price tag of $1,499. Visit Wildwood Guitars for more information or to place your order.
