Taylor launches Solid Body website, Mag reviews start
Taylor has launched an official website for their new solid body electric guitars (due November 23 in limited quantities). The quick, well designed, and feature rich website should serve as a reminder to other guitar makers just how important and effective a well made site can be. Using the website to access specs, videos and photos for each guitar model is as simple as navigating through a tabbed interface. Nice job I reckon.
Check out the website at http://www.taylorelectricguitars.com/
Guitar World has also reviewed Taylor's solid body electrics - I won't spoil it because it because I know you want to read it for yourself and thanks to Taylor you can - They've posted the review (available in PDF) at http://www.taylorelectricguitars.com/News/attachments/GW_Taylor_Review.pdf
To find out which dealers with have Pre-Launch models on the 23 of November, visit http://www.taylorelectricguitars.com/Dealers/
The full release will be in January 2008.

I'm with you on falling in love with their solid bodies. I got the custom for my birthday and I'll be getting the classic this month. I should complete the set and get a standard too. The review I read said they all sound different. I've heard the custom and classic and there is a very distinct difference in sound between the two. The standard is the only one that has the full-sized humbuckers.

I bought a Taylor Classic two weeks ago and fell head over heels in love with the instrument. The range of tones is astounding. It inspires and it encourages you to go further in your playing. I loved it so much my Taylor Custom arrives next week.
Good job Taylor. Highly recommend this guitar.
