IK Multimedia has unveiled the iRig Stomp for NAMM 2012 - a stompbox interface that allows for easy integration of iOS signal processing into your live pedalboard setup.

The iRig Stomp is the first of its kind, utilizing the familiar and compact stompbox shape, housed in a durable yet lightweight aluminum case enclosure.

The iRig Stomp is based on the popular iRig interface which lets you utilize iOS signal processing apps like AmpliTube. The stompbox form factor lets you easily connect your iPad or iPhone to your guitar rig via 1/4" cables. It also gives you essential pedal controls like the engage/bypass button and gain knob. With the iRig Stomp you can conveniently expand your pedal setup to include amp modeling and effects software that comes with your iOS device.
