Fender Visitor Center
Get up-close and personal with Fender's products, history and legacy at the newly opened Fender Visitor Center in Corona California.
For Fender fans like me, this is a dream come true. Now you can get to experience Fender's great history and legacy first hand. Placed right beside Fender's historic Southern California birthplace, the 8,600-square-foot Visitor Center will wow you with the many museum quality displays and interactive exhibits.
Get to see Fender guitars and amplifiers from historic older Fender products to their modern counterparts. You will also feast your eyes upon rare photographs of Fender artists and products and rare Fender artifacts. There is also fitting tribute to Leo Fender, the icon that lead Fender into it's iconic place in music history.
You will see various legendary artists that use Fender instruments in the Fender Hall of Fame. There are also educational video presentations, like the one showing the modernization of the electric guitar (including rare archived clips). You can also get inspiration from seeing and hearing your favorite Fender musicians reflect on their favorite instrument throughout the history of modern music.
Aside from it's museum like features, the facility also houses a retail shop where you can browse Fender accessories, apparels, collectibles and other items. Lastly you can purchase your own Fender instrument by selecting from available retail models or maybe consider having a custom Fender guitar built for you.
The fun has just started because the new Fender Visitor Center will serve as the starting and closing point when you tour the nearby Fender Factory and Fender Custom Shop. The tour of the factory will give you a first hand look at how your favorite instruments are currently being made and prepared.
