Washburn and Sam Ash donate proceeds of guitar sales to Parkinson’s research

Washburn Guitars and Sam Ash Music have announced that for each Washburn guitar sold at Sam Ash retail stores or SamAsh.com during May 2007, 10 percent of the sale price will be donated for research on Parkinson's disease.

The donation will be made to the Parkinson's Unity Walk, the largest grassroots fundraiser for Parkinson's research in the US, which ensures that 100 percent of all donations goes directly to research. The Parkinson's Unity Walk has been raising funds and generating awareness for Parkinson's research since 1994. Go to www.unitywalk.org for more information.
