With experimentation and his suggestions, the new Slash pedals are expected to provide the same raw and expressive sound that Slash juices out of his instruments. With the legions of fans that support Slash – these Slash branded pedals will more than likely sell like Lemon juices on a hot summer day.

The Slash Octave Fuzz produces fuzz tones that meet Slash’s standards and features a separate sub octave voice and an octave up fuzz to thicken up your tone with a sinister growl. It comes with various controls that let you combine various settings of the ’70s style Fuzz effect, the Octave Up, and the Sub Octave fuzz. The heavy duty housing of the pedal is tattooed with cool Slash graphics and features all analog circuitry with true hardwire bypass.

The Slash Cry Baby on the other hand is a unique Wah pedal that is tuned to a lower frequency, voiced for the raw and expressive sound that Slash is known for. It features a custom-wound resonance inductor, giving this wah wider dynamic range and sweeps. There are two side-mounted blue LEDs that indicate ON/OFF status, and viewable from any angle onstage, so you can conveniently tell when the effect is off or on. The Slash Cry Baby Classic also features high quality components, such as a true hardwire bypass switch and a long-life pot, and comes in housed in a heavy duty die-cast casing featuring custom Slash graphics.

In time for the Apocalyptic love album, Dunlop came up with a limited edition Slash Pick Tin. It comes with the same white 1.14mm Tortex picks that Slash personally uses, complete with new album art and imagery. As a bonus, the Slash Pick Tin also includes a code to download a free digital copy of Apocalyptic Love’s title track.
